Responsibilities

Continuously analyze market trends within your territory to develop target Account selection, refine account strategies, and optimize prospecting approaches
The Home Health Account Executive role has a focused Go To Market strategy with many inbound leads generated from marketing channels
Getting A Prospect From 'This is Awesome' To 'Let's Go!'
Engage with multiple stakeholders (7+), including COOs and VPs of Patient Access and Patient Experience, to build consensus and drive the decision-making process
Develop and present compelling business cases that clearly demonstrate the value and ROI of our software solutions
Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and company objectives

Required

Previous experience and success selling in the Home Health Industry
Minimum of 5 years successful Sales experience at a SaaS Startup (<50 employees)
Minimum of 3 years successful track record as a successful Enterprise Account Executive
Experience handling complex sales (6+ month ASC) and multiple (4+) stakeholders
Demonstrable success prospecting VPs / CXOs in organizations with 5,000+ employees
Experience building and presenting a business case to VPs / CXOs
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to navigate complex sales environments
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholder groups
Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Management Tools
Robust negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work autonomously and initiate prospecting efforts

Preferred

Experience selling into large Healthcare Systems is not required, but a plus
