Head of Capital Raising
LDS Investments is an independent asset management firm focused on the Nordic credit markets, and they are seeking a Head of Capital Raising to lead institutional fundraising efforts across North America. The role involves developing a fundraising strategy, building relationships with institutional investors, and representing the firm to various allocators in the U.S.
Responsibilities
Build and execute the U.S. fundraising strategy for a differentiated, performance-driven Nordic high-yield fund
Develop and expand a strong pipeline across institutional investors, consultants, family offices, endowments, foundations, pensions, funds of funds, RIAs, and private-wealth platforms
Drive top-of-funnel outreach as well as mid- and late-stage fundraising cycles with a strong focus on relationship conversion
Lead U.S. roadshows, investor meetings, conferences, and due-diligence processes
Craft and deliver compelling fund positioning and market narratives tailored to U.S. allocator expectations
Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. investors, ensuring consistent communication, transparency, and trust
Partner with the CIO and senior leadership to align messaging, performance communication, reporting, and investor insights
Qualification
Required
A proven track record of raising capital from U.S. institutional investors for credit, alternatives, hedge funds, or private markets strategies
Deep relationships across pension funds, endowments, foundations, insurance companies, OCIOs, family offices, and/or the wealth ecosystem
Strong storytelling and presentation skills—able to translate performance, strategy, and ESG outcomes into a compelling investor pitch
Comfort working hands-on in a growing, entrepreneurial environment
Strong understanding of credit markets, fixed income, or alternative investment strategies
Bachelor's degree required
