NDT Inspector
Vallourec - North America is seeking an NDT Inspector who will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of seamless steel tubes through advanced non-destructive testing methods. The position involves performing inspections, verifying equipment compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Performing inspections using Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Electromagnetic (EMI) methods
Verifying equipment calibration and inspection criteria compliance
Conducting changeovers and standardization of automated equipment for different pipe dimensions
Identifying and removing defects using manual grinding tools
Completing visual inspections of internal and external pipe surfaces
Reporting deviations and providing feedback on recurring defects
Executing 5S/Lean practices and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Familiarity with calculations (Snell's law, electromagnetism formulas)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and adaptability
Preferred
1+ year experience in OCTG NDT or Quality roles
NDT Level 1 or 2 certifications in UT, EMI, and MPI
