Responsibilities

Partner directly with c-suite and executive teams to drive strategic priorities and operational execution
Rotate across the biggest, most business-critical client teams, acting as a trusted ‘do-er’ on staffing / workforce optimization, cross-functional problem solving
Help make priority initiatives ‘happen’, chasing process, stakeholders, and best practice execution
Serve as a connective tissue between internal teams and client leadership

Qualification

Required

3-5 years of experience in Executive / Administrative Assistant roles, or similar
Highly proactive, organizational professional
Comfortable working alongside senior executives and client leadership

Passionate about healthcare innovation and mission-driven work
