Responsibilities
Receive and release academic tests from and to faculty and/or staff
Administer academic tests according to policy and procedures to students
Assist with providing approved accommodations to students, including acting as a live reader
Score academic exams (using a Scantron machine) upon request
Print out academic reports for faculty upon request
Receive and administer assessment and specialized exams according to policy and procedures
Enter test information in and out of appropriate databases
Process billing requirements for specialized exams as needed
Monitor student activities while testing is taking place
Maintain filing system
Respond to all inquiries and operate all office equipment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, utilize organizational and multi-tasking skills, establish priorities in a busy work environment and problem-solve
Preferred
One or more years of experience in the field of education or test administration
Associate degree or higher preferred
