Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end technical support (Tier 1–3) across desktop, application, and infrastructure environments
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; own service tickets through resolution
Support and maintain Windows 11, Active Directory, SCCM, Citrix, and Azure environments
Build and image laptops; contribute to automation and process improvement
Participate in a light on-call rotation (1 in 5 weeks) with global support coverage

Required

4–5+ years of hands-on desktop support experience
Strong communication and customer service skills; technical aptitude is important, but people skills are essential
Provide end-to-end technical support (Tier 1–3) across desktop, application, and infrastructure environments
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; own service tickets through resolution
Support and maintain Windows 11, Active Directory, SCCM, Citrix, and Azure environments
Build and image laptops; contribute to automation and process improvement
Participate in a light on-call rotation (1 in 5 weeks) with global support coverage
Comfortable working an 8am–4pm shift, three days per week on-site in downtown Boston

Preferred

Experience in financial services or professional services environments preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies; scripting and cloud certifications are a plus
