INMYTEAM CORP is a fast-growing software company serving the Home Health Care industry. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for onboarding new clients, training them on the software, and ensuring a smooth transition to the Support team after implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and implementation for new INMYTEAM clients

Train clients on how to effectively use the INMYTEAM software

Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase

Follow up with clients to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction

Identify client needs, challenges, and opportunities during implementation

Document implementation progress and outcomes

Coordinate a smooth handoff from Implementation to the Support team

Work closely with internal teams to improve onboarding processes and client experience

Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to train, educate, and guide clients with confidence

Experience in the Home Health Care industry

Home Health Care billing knowledge (major plus)

Previous experience in software implementation, onboarding, customer success, or training roles
