Responsibilities
Work closely with the Program Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Principle Investigators to deliver timely reporting requirements driven by stakeholders and sponsors need
Interface with internal systems used for fiscal accountability and budgetary generation
Assist in planning, budgeting, scheduling to include resource management, technical performance, and deliverables on current endeavors and proposals
Qualification
Required
Minimally requires a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
General experience with Microsoft applications
Proficiency with ProPricer, SAP S/4HANA, and Concur
PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or DAWIA equivalent
Good communication and writing skills
Active Security Clearance
Must be a U.S. citizen to apply
Employment with the Applied Research Laboratory will require successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen
Candidate selected may be subject to a government security investigation
Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies
Preferred
TS/SCI Clearance
