Research Project Coordinator

Required

Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions

Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively within a research team
Ability to manage multiple tasks, balance priorities, and follow structured research protocols
Comfort interacting with participants, including adolescents and their families, in a professional manner
Basic computer competency (e.g., spreadsheets, data entry platforms, email and scheduling tools)

Preferred

Previous research experience in psychology, human development, or a related field (e.g., data collection, coding/cleaning data, participant recruitment)
Experience working with adolescents or youth populations
Familiarity with digital media research, survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics), or statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python)
Experience coordinating teams or supervising student research assistants
Demonstrated interest in sociocultural influences, technology use, or mental health research in adolescence
