The Onboarding Specialist will manage the complete onboarding process for agents, ensuring they have access to necessary tools and systems, and providing support throughout their integration into the company.

Responsibilities
Acting as a contact person for all questions concerning integration at eXp France, covering:
Full cycle onboarding for agents including the set up of technology and access to systems, agent accounts and passport activation with technical support including compliance systems
Follow-up of administrative files (RSAC / RCP supplies)
File applications with the CCI + order cards including follow up and amendments, update REP profile with presentation text
Access management for Google Drive, APIMO, SE LOGER, PROVIGIS, MODELO and TRAKSTAR etc
Reminder payment of monthly dues plus Stripe explained + payment reminder
Updating files and processes, including TRAKSTAR - creation and management of modules and training courses
Collection and administrative management of Loi Alur training certificates
Sending Teams and T-card contracts via HelloSign
Sending of Tracfin procedure notes and management of additions to the register and follow-up
Liaise with technical support/ third parties as and when required
Entry in agent listing / Trello / Drive folder creation
Management of the interactive map + display of advisors
Collate, file and distribute/ notify parties of signed contracts appropriate
New team integration and set up with Operations Manager
Offboarding management included but not limited to confirming of departure dates or sending of RARs, deactivation of software, management of advertisements in progress,, complete online form + map in Trello offboarding
Communicating and responding to queries from those wanting to join, including incoming calls, emails and chats from advisors with questions
Running onboarding sessions twice a week
Qualification
Required
un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente avec un Bachelor (Licence), ou plus
ou une expérience équivalente
Preferred
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience
