Responsibilities
Providing Subject Matter Expertise recommendations on testing requirements
Performing system level software testing to accurately validate operational readiness
Translating user requirements into tasks to execute as a member of the test team
Performing document reviews for technical accuracy
Identifying basic test and evaluation methodologies for new systems and system updates
Generating T-E planning, execution, and reporting documentation
Qualification
Required
Must possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance
A minimum of eight (8) years of Navy Shipboard Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) system operations, or equivalent experience is required
Shipboard systems may include, but are not limited to: Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment E/F, Integrated Submarine Communications Receiving System (ISCRS), Cryptologic Carry-On Program (CCOP) systems
Must be able to perform work within equipment spaces onboard US Navy platforms
Strong writing and speaking skills; experience leading and working in a diverse group of coworkers and community of interest
Ability to follow configuration documentation and procedures is required
Work independently but collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide consulting and control design recommendations to reduce risk
Security+ or equivalent within 6 months of hire

SSEE Increment F NEC C21A
Completion of TST 102 Fundamentals of Test and Evaluation and TST 1100 Intro to Systems Engineering for Testers
Demonstrated experience with best test practices, including formal, requirements-based testing
