They are seeking a Director of Channels & Reseller Partnerships to lead and expand engagement with channel partners and resellers, focusing on developing strategic partnerships and driving channel growth.

Identifying and recruiting channel partners
Managing and nurturing relationships with resellers
Implementing partner enablement programs
Ensuring alignment with company-wide sales and revenue objectives
Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to create and execute successful go-to-market strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Partner Management, Channel Strategy, and Business Development
Strong skills in Relationship Building and Negotiation with resellers and key stakeholders
Experience in Strategic Planning, Partnership Enablement, and Revenue Growth strategies
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills to convey value propositions effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred
Experience with Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or FinTech strongly preferred; deep understanding of data analytics and financial services industry is highly valued
Previous experience leading channel partnerships in a SaaS or technology-driven environment is a plus
MBA is preferred
