Responsibilities
Design, program, implement, and maintain industrial automation and control systems, including Allen-Bradley PLC platforms
Develop, configure, and support Human Machine Interface (HMI) applications for equipment operation and monitoring
Manage technical execution of assigned projects, including coordination of schedules and deliverables
Collaborate with customers throughout system design, testing, and commissioning phases
Support the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and functional documentation
Work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary project team, depending on project needs
Provide technical guidance or training to other engineering staff as required
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
Perform additional duties aligned with role responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and apply innovative automation solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
Must possess a valid driver's license and successfully complete required substance screening
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field; alternatively, an associate degree with additional relevant field experience
5+ years experience
Hands-on experience designing and implementing industrial control systems using Allen-Bradley PLCs
Knowledge of programmable controllers, motor control systems, sensors, and industrial instrumentation
Ability to interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and related technical drawings
Experience with HMI development tools, AutoCAD, and standard productivity software
Familiarity with industrial safety codes, standards, and best practices
Experience with servo and motion control systems
Background in automation, validation, or regulated manufacturing environments such as pharmaceutical or medical device facilities is advantageous
