Responsibilities
Perform precise cite checking and Bluebooking for court submissions, written discovery, and legal memoranda
Ensure compliance with e-filing requirements and research federal, state, and local court rules
Deliver high-quality written work with strong proofreading skills
Organize and maintain all case documentation, including pleadings, correspondence, document productions, research files, and emails
Assist with trial preparation, including:
Preparing trial exhibits
Organizing witness files and examination materials
Coordinating with court personnel and court reporters
Conduct factual research and analyze findings to support case strategy
Maintain discovery files, schedule depositions, draft subpoenas, and prepare deposition materials for witnesses and experts
Utilize litigation databases and software for case management and document review
Qualification
