Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and monitor field surveys for multiple projects simultaneously

Direct and coordinate field and office teams to execute survey deliverables efficiently

Review survey plans, record plats, legal descriptions, and title reports for accuracy

Conduct boundary analysis and computations of ALTA, topographic, utility, and roadway surveys using AutoCAD Civil 3D

Ensure quality control across all survey drawings and reports

Assist in mentoring and training field crews, CAD technicians, and junior staff

Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions with internal teams and clients

Support project scheduling and coordination across departments and external stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines

Self-starter with strong leadership potential and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred

SIT certification or equivalent credentials
