Responsibilities
Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (API Q1/AS9100 / ISO-based)
Own internal, customer, and third-party audits and corrective action systems
Establish quality strategy, metrics, and governance across the organization
Oversee Shipping & Receiving, logistics workflows, and OTD performance
Drive root cause analysis, CoPQ reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with Manufacturing and QC leadership to ensure inspection rigor and process control
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing QA and Logistics teams
Serve as the senior point of contact for customer quality and compliance matters
Qualification
Required
Senior quality leadership experience in precision manufacturing
Strong working knowledge of API Q1 / AS9100 / ISO quality systems
Experience leading audits, corrective actions, and compliance programs
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence operations
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
