Responsibilities
Analyze information quickly and efficiently as it relates to the hospital’s finances
Develop financial forecasting, marketing plans, and long-term plans for the growth of the practice
Effectively manage and direct hospital staff toward a common goal
Make good decisions, solve problems, and decide on essential matters
Communicate, orally, and in writing, effectively to convene necessary information to hospital staff
Take initiative and get things done as well as adapt to changes or new information
Understand and manage important compliance regulations and requirements of the hospital
Organize work efficiently, set priorities, and establish plans and timetables for achieving goals
Qualification
Required
At a minimum, five years of direct office management experience, including at least two years of supervisory experience
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in business, health science, or a related field is strongly preferred but not required
Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) or Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) is preferred but not required
