Responsibilities

Build and Nurture Client Relationships:
Generate leads and establish long-term relationships with executive decision makers
Maintain and expand existing client base through proactive engagement and outstanding customer service
Sales and Marketing Leadership:
Direct and coordinate sales activities, including the promotion and marketing of products and services
Develop comprehensive field sales action plans and implement them effectively
Cultivate a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with the creative team to coordinate marketing initiatives, supporting advertising and promotional efforts
Provide strategic recommendations to drive sales growth and optimize revenue potential
Manage key customer relationships, providing guidance and support to execute and close strategic opportunities
Travel and Market Engagement:
Travel as required, including client visits, domestic and international market exploration, and participation in trade shows

Required

Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment

In-depth knowledge and experience within the automotive industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated formal presentation skills
Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, both within the organization and externally
Possess a strong business acumen, industry expertise, and excellent negotiating skills
