Industrial Sales Engineer - Phoenix

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities, utilizing prospecting skills and community/business networking to quote projects, increase revenue and improve margins
Develop sales strategy in concert with business plans, utilizing a strategic planning process that encompasses company, market, and industry trends to ensure coordination of efforts to achieve goals
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the territory, fostering long-term partnerships
Provide customers with parts and service solutions to maximize equipment uptime and support long-term product value
Identify and coordinate industry related trade shows to increase company and brand awareness and prospect potential clients
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Required

Minimum 5 years experience in capital equipment or high-value B2B sales
This is a technical position and an ability to learn, understand and competently communicate our equipment features and benefits is required
Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a new region

Preferred

Proven selling ability & PC skills are required
Prior experience utilizing sales tools for lead generation
Familiar with MS Office
Excellent customer follow-up, attention to detail, organization and efficient time management skills are required
