Responsibilities

Together with the HR & HSEQ Leadership team, design and implement a unified talent, performance, and development strategy that drives Bilfinger’s business goals and inspires a culture of growth and excellence
Collaborate with Total Rewards on the evolution of our performance management program to drive accountability, engagement, and meaningful development conversations
Define and execute a forward-looking talent acquisition and talent management strategy that attracts top talent and builds resilient, future-ready teams, and develops sustainable career paths and succession management
Shape the employee learning experience through impactful programs from onboarding and leadership development to technical upskilling and continuous learning
Stay ahead of the curve by conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure our programs remain competitive, relevant, and innovative
Measure and communicate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through transparent, data-driven reporting at global and regional levels
Build and nurture relationships with external providers and internal partners to ensure high-quality delivery and collaboration
Lead an international functional team —fostering a culture of empowerment, coaching, and innovation, where talent development drives business success

Qualification

Required

Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in talent management, learning & development, or organizational development – preferably in a global, functional organization
Deep expertise in global talent, learning, and development strategies, with a strong understanding of best practices and emerging trends
Proven ability to align people strategies with business objectives and execute with impact
Strategic thinker with a future-focused mindset and the ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities and pragmatically act on it
Excellent communicator and influencer, able to engage stakeholders across all levels
Strong relationship builder with a track record of managing sustainable partnerships
Experienced leader with the ability to develop, motivate, and empower teams to reach their full potential
