Responsibilities

Developing roadway and highway designs that meet WisDOT standards
Preparing detailed plans and documentation, and utilizing both Bentley and Autodesk design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bentley OpenRoads
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality designs

Qualification

Roadway design experienceCADD/Design softwareWisDOT design standardsBachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringAnalytical skillsEngineer-in-Training (EIT)Communication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
3+ years of roadway design experience, ideally on WisDOT projects
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or ability to obtain within 6 months
Proficiency in CADD/Design software
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with WisDOT design standards and federal roadway guidelines

Preferred

Transportation focus preferred
AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
Bentley experience a plus
