Responsibilities

Prepare detailed ALTA/ACSM, boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys using AutoCAD Civil 3D

Evaluate and process field crew data to ensure accuracy and completeness

Generate surfaces using 3D polylines and points for integration into engineering design

Perform deed plotting, base map compilation, and data verification

Conduct construction computations and provide technical oversight to junior staff when needed

Deliver and share data seamlessly between field and office teams

Identify and communicate technical issues or data discrepancies to leadership

Contribute to quality assurance through careful checking and adherence to standards

Qualification

AutoCAD Civil 3DLand surveyingData managementQuality Control/Quality AssuranceSITCST certificationCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsProject management

Required

High school diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in surveying, engineering, or related field a plus

3+ years of CAD experience in land surveying; Civil 3D proficiency required

Strong understanding of deed compilation and data verification

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budget limits

A detail-driven mindset with a focus on Quality Control/Quality Assurance

Preferred

SIT or Level 3+ CST certification
