Responsibilities

Support practice group managers on various practice group and lawyer needs

Assist with lawyer performance evaluations, promotions, compensation and bonuses

Assist with making recommendations on lawyer staffing levels and hiring needs

Coordinate the lawyer orientation, relocation and departure processes

Assist Practice Group Leaders and Practice Group Directors in assessing the productivity and profitability of the practice group’s lawyers, paraprofessionals and client relationships

Coordinate the preparation and management of the marketing and operating budgets for the practice group, and assist with preparing the annual revenue budgets for billable hours

Coordinate partner and practice group meetings, including drafting agendas, maintaining minutes and facilitating communications

Special projects and duties, as assigned
