Client Relationship Coordinator - Boston area

They are seeking a driven candidate to grow a sales pipeline by coordinating schedules and filling the calendars of financial advisors. The role involves engaging prospects and ensuring consistent follow-up to convert them into clients.

Responsibilities
Ability to fill the Financial Advisors’ schedules with qualified appointments through marketing efforts
Calling, qualifying and scheduling prospects
Consistent follow-up with prospects and clients
Attend and set up seminars and workshops (in the evenings) and book appointments at the conclusion of programs (approximately 1-2 weekly)
Accurate entry of data into CRM (Salesforce) system from prospecting & and marketing efforts
Work independently and proactively to meet business & department goals
Qualification
Required
High level of communication and follow-through skills
Strong persuasive phone skills to motivate prospects to set and keep appointments
Previous experience in a relatable appointment scheduling or inside sales role
Strong organizational skills
Strong ability to follow through the entire process of converting prospects to clients
4 Year college degree
Ability to work some evenings for events
Preferred
Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred
Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred
Telephone or inside sales experience is a plus
