Responsibilities

Develop and roll out global benefits and wellbeing initiatives that align with DLL’s People Strategy, focusing on inclusion, equal treatment, recognition, and employee support
Support and advise country HR teams in designing and implementing competitive local benefits and wellbeing programs, ensuring alignment with global frameworks while respecting local needs and regulations
Maintain and evolve DLL’s global benefits and wellbeing framework, ensuring consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment across regions
Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. HR, Legal, Finance, Communications) and external vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant program delivery
Educate HR colleagues and business leaders on global benefits and wellbeing principles, tools, and governance
Monitor trends, analyze internal and external data, and provide insights to continuously improve our offerings and employee experience
Lead the annual review of global benefits and wellbeing offerings, incorporating feedback, benchmarking, and regulatory updates
Oversee global vendor relationships, including contract management, service delivery, and performance evaluation
Coordinate global campaigns and initiatives (e.g. benefits, recognition or wellbeing programs)
Ensure accurate reporting on global benefits and wellbeing metrics, and support audits and compliance reviews
Align with Rabobank group policies and collaborate on shared initiatives where relevant

Required

Master's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or a related field
6–8 years of experience in total rewards, with a strong focus on benefits and wellbeing, ideally in a global or regional role
Experience in regulated financial services is a plus, with an understanding of the Dutch and European regulatory landscape
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex needs into practical, scalable solutions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and collaborate across cultures and functions
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus!)
Highly proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and eagerness to develop in Artificial Intelligence
