Responsibilities

Owns the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demonstration, objection handling, and close
Sell EMR, practice management, patient engagement, and RCM solutions into the ophthalmology practices
Lead structured, consultative discoveries with physicians, practice managers, and administrative stakeholders
Translate operational and financial challenges into clear, measurable business value
Guide prospects through competitive evaluations by clearly articulating differentiation and fit
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline
Collaborate cross-functionally and with leadership to support execution and alignment
Operate with integrity and accountability, prioritizing long-term customer success

Qualification

Required

SaaS, healthcare technology, or medical sales experience
Demonstrated work ethic and ownership in quota-carrying sales roles
Strong consultative communication skills with both clinical and business buyers
Comfortable working toward defined goals while maintaining a team-first mindset
Coachable, resilient, and able to stay focused and effective in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Exposure to revenue cycle management, billing, or healthcare financial workflows
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
