Design
Responsibilities
Plumbing and Fire Protection Design
Water distribution, storm drainage, sanitary waste and vent, and natural gas distribution design
Plumbing system components including fixtures, specialties, and equipment
Fire Protection design including pumps, standpipes, and specialties
New building construction design
Qualification
Required
AutoCAD proficient
Interest in Building Construction Design
Plumbing and Fire Protection Design experience
Water distribution, storm drainage, sanitary waste and vent, and natural gas distribution design experience
Plumbing system components including fixtures, specialties, and equipment experience
Fire Protection design including pumps, standpipes, and specialties experience
New building construction design experience
Preferred
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
EIT preferred
Revit experience is a plus!
