The Loan Processor I is responsible for providing excellent service in the processing and funding of auto loans, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while fostering teamwork within the organization.

Responsibilities

Review/Quality Control contracts from dealers to ensure policies and procedures are followed

Follow up with dealers to collect missing items or stipulations

Responsible for sending completed loan packages to appropriate credit unions for final funding and/or completing funding on their behalf

Work to foster and enhance teamwork within the organization. Provide the highest quality products and services to each other and our clients. Consistently promotes and models the culture and values of CUDC. Demonstrates the behaviors aligned with each value with clients and employees across the organization

Required

High School education required

Minimum of two years office experience working in a auto/lending service environment

Solid understanding of lending and loan processing procedures

Work independently with a high level of initiative

Excellent oral, written, presentation and analytical skills

Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines and established goals

Specialized problem solving and trouble shooting skills

Excellent internal and external customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Excellent attention to detail with a high accuracy rate

Preferred

Minimum of two years Credit Union processing experience a plus
