Responsibilities
Build and manage complex financial models for solar and storage assets
Support project finance including debt, tax equity, and equity, as well as M&A, valuations, and RFP pricing
Assist with deal origination, diligence, and transaction execution
Prepare investment committee and investor materials
Collaborate cross functionally with development, legal, accounting, and operations teams
Monitor renewable incentive programs and market trends
Qualification
Required
BS or BA in finance, accounting, economics, STEM, or another quantitative field
Strong financial modeling and cash flow valuation skills
Self starter with strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Preferred
Exposure to renewable energy, infrastructure, or project finance
