Required

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, IT, or equivalent relevant experience

Extensive experience in delivery leadership and customer-facing operational roles, ideally within life sciences, biotech, CRO, or clinical technology environments

Proven ability to manage complex customer portfolios and lead large, distributed teams

Strong understanding of operational delivery models, financial performance, and resource optimization

Demonstrated success building trusted, long-term customer relationships

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization

Strong change leadership capabilities with a track record of driving continuous improvement

Ability to work flexibly across time zones, with primary coverage for U.S. Pacific Time

Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills
