Responsibilities
Provide executive support to the Head of Corporate Strategy and the Head of Security including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
Proactively anticipate the needs of the executives and act as a self-starter and leverage best practices in addressing them
Collaborate with various teams to facilitate cross-functional initiatives and projects, contributing to strategic goals
Manage complex travel arrangements and expense reports for executives
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Serve as a backup Office Manager, overseeing administrative duties and operational workstreams to ensure efficient office operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
7+ years of experience in an administrative/office management role, with experience supporting senior executives
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to decision-making
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization
Proficiency with Google products and other relevant software applications
