Responsibilities
Serve as a functional and/or technical expert for the Homecare Homebase platform Support HCHB implementations, upgrades, and optimizations across home health and hospice environments
LOts of work around Clinical workflows
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into system configuration and workflow design
Configure HCHB modules including scheduling, clinical documentation, billing, QA, and reporting
Collaborate with clinicians, operations, billing, and IT teams to align system functionality with business needs
Provide end-user training, workflow guidance, and go-live support
Troubleshoot system issues and partner with HCHB support as needed
Support data validation, testing, and quality assurance activities Ensure compliance with CMS, Medicare, and regulatory requirements
Develop and maintain documentation including workflows, training materials, and configuration guides
Qualification
Required
Must understand clinical workflows
Serve as a functional and/or technical expert for the Homecare Homebase platform
Support HCHB implementations, upgrades, and optimizations across home health and hospice environments

Configure HCHB modules including scheduling, clinical documentation, billing, QA, and reporting

Supporting front line users in their clinical workflow
Preferred
A nurse would be ideal, but if not, someone who really understands the clinical workflows
If the contractor is certified, there could be a small amount of build, but much more related to support
