Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end risk assessment for new business onboarding to DPS, leveraging data-driven insights to determine appropriate risk levels and configurations aligned with our Onboarding Risk Matrix
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, RCS, and Operations teams to develop comprehensive business risk profiles and define their impact on DPS screening approach
Partner with the DPS Onboarding team to ensure seamless handoff from risk assessment to implementation, maintaining high standards throughout the transition process

Qualification

Risk management experienceCompliance knowledgeAdvanced Microsoft OfficeProject management experienceBachelor's degreeMaster's degree

Required

6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred

Master's degree or equivalent
