Responsibilities
Partner with external wholesalers to optimize and grow territory coverage and market share
Proactively engage with financial advisors via phone and other digital means to build relationships, educate them on TCW’s investment solutions and raise net new assets
Provide timely market perspectives, sales literature, analytics and service deliverables
Implement periodic sales and marketing campaigns
Actively participate in ongoing professional development and training
Participate in periodic travel to support advisor relationships & marketing initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a business or finance related major preferred
Minimum of 2 years Sales experience, preferably within financial services
Series 7 & 63 Licenses (or attained within first 90 days)
Curiosity to develop expertise in capital markets & financial instruments
Ability to take initiative and be a problem solver
Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Salesforce CRM Experience
