Build C-suite and HR relationships at target accounts
Map organizations and identify hiring triggers
Headhunt passive professionals from Mid-level to C-suite executives
Manage full recruitment process: screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, close
Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking to clients and candidates

Qualification
Required
3-5 years 360 agency recruitment experience (Insurance, Financial Services, or Professional Services)
Proven billing track record
Demonstrable new business development success (cold calling, networking, client wins)
Experience headhunting passive candidates and building talent pools
Track record of managing 15+ live roles simultaneously
