Responsibilities
Act as the L3 escalation point for Azure apps, infrastructure, and production environments
Support pre-production and post-production deployments for enterprise Java applications
Implement and maintain scalable, secure Azure architectures, including monitoring, alerting, and automation
Collaborate with DevOps, development, security, and cloud engineering teams to drive operational excellence
Qualification
Required
7–10 years supporting Azure environments in an engineering or production support capacity
Proven experience as an L3 support engineer across Azure applications, networking, and infrastructure
Strong understanding of CI/CD, IaC, and Cloud troubleshooting principles (Terraform/ARM/Bicep ideal)
Hands-on experience with automation or scripting (PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Ansible, or similar)
Expertise in Azure applications and infrastructure
Technical troubleshooting skills
Experience with automation and scripting
Preferred
Experience with CI/CD and IaC
Familiarity with Terraform, ARM, or Bicep
