Responsibilities
Responsible for grading and documenting purchased product samples, completing related paperwork, and coordinating necessary testing and certifications (e.g., COAs, FDA releases)
Assists with microbiological sampling, communicates product release status, and reports non-conformances to the Corporate Supplier Approval team
Supports quality assurance processes while adhering to GMPs, safety protocols, and maintaining accurate documentation and communication across teams
Qualification
Required
Physically capable of performing moderate-intensity tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs, standing, bending, and working in varied conditions
Comfortable working in diverse environments, including cold, wet, noisy areas, and near machinery or chemicals
No specific education or prior experience is required, making this a suitable entry-level role for individuals able to meet the physical and environmental demands
