Responsibilities
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts during sprint planning and refinement to ensure clear, testable requirements
Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases aligned with agile practices
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to provide QA insights and advocate for quality improvements
Track and report quality metrics, including defect trends and test coverage, using agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
Document QA activities and maintain compliance with internal standards and audit requirements
Support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines by validating builds and deployments
Pursue ongoing learning in agile testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and emerging QA tools
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing
Basic understanding of the SDLC and agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience writing SQL queries for data validation
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar agile project management tools
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM or financial industry applications
Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) is a plus
