Responsibilities
Monitor, analyze, and resolve SAP VIM-related incidents and problems within SLAs
Troubleshoot complex issues related to invoice processing, workflows, and OpenText integration
Gather requirements, design, and implement SAP VIM enhancements and configurations
Work on change requests (CRs) related to invoice processing automation, business rules, and validation
Configure SAP VIM, including DP document types, business rules, workflows, and exception handling
Perform necessary enhancements using ABAP, BAPIs, and OpenText customizations if required
Ensure seamless integration between SAP VIM, OpenText, and SAP ECC/S/4HANA modules (MM, FI, AP)
Support EDI/XML invoice processing and integrations with third-party vendors
Conduct system performance tuning and analysis to optimize invoice processing efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in SAP VIM workflows and document processing
Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and offshore teams for issue resolution and enhancements
Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, SOX requirements, and audit guidelines
Support regular system upgrades, patch applications, and OpenText/VIM version updates
Perform unit testing, SIT, and support UAT for enhancements and issue resolutions
Validate business scenarios for invoice automation, duplicate checks, and approval workflows
Qualification
Required
Candidate must have latest 5 plus years of experience in SAP VIM implementation
Monitor, analyze, and resolve SAP VIM-related incidents and problems within SLAs
Troubleshoot complex issues related to invoice processing, workflows, and OpenText integration
