Personal Assistant to NIHR Director of Communications
The University of Leeds is part of a national network supporting health and care research across England. They are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the NIHR Director of Communications and their senior direct reports, while also collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Qualification
Required
Experienced in providing high-level Personal Assistant support to senior leaders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing demands
Provide mutual support to colleagues in the team
Positive and flexible approach to work
Collaborate with individuals and groups across the NIHR and with external stakeholders
Willingness to undertake some national travel
Ability to work in a hybrid way with at least 40% of time spent in the office
