Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist

Lucca Interiors is a well-established, mid-sized tile company serving architects, designers, and homeowners. They are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to be a key point of contact for customer inquiries and invoicing, requiring strong industry knowledge and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Architecture & Planning

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, or in-person
Assist walk-in customers with product selection, pricing, and order inquiries
Answer and manage incoming phone calls from designers, vendors, and homeowners
Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately
Enter orders and maintain customer records in internal systems
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized front office and showroom area
Process sales orders, handle returns/exchanges, and follow up on customer inquiries
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, pricing, and promotions
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues quickly
Accurately log customer interactions and update CRM systems

Required

2+ years of customer service experience in the tile, flooring, or building materials industry (required)
Strong understanding of tile products, terminology, and order processes
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Experience with invoicing, POS, or ERP systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable working with sales goals and KPIs
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (or similar tools)
