The role involves leading the implementation, customization, and support of ERP solutions for clients while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver successful Business Central implementations.

Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle D365 Business Central implementations , including discovery, analysis, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support
Work closely with clients to understand business needs, define system requirements, and design scalable solutions
Configure Business Central modules including Finance, AR/AP, GL, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Sales, Purchasing, and Project Management
Provide functional and technical guidance to junior consultants and end users
Develop and execute test plans, training materials , and end-user documentation
Act as primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Conduct user workshops, status meetings, and presentations for both business and technical audiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, sales, and support
Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system optimization
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by delivering proactive service and expert guidance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central (formerly NAV)
Strong understanding of ERP business processes in finance, operations, and/or manufacturing
Proven experience leading full ERP implementations or major upgrades
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with extensions, AL language, Power BI, and integrations with Power Platform is a plus
Microsoft certifications in D365 Business Central or related technologies preferred
