Responsibilities
Onboard and set up new clients' LSA accounts
Optimize and maintain accounts to ensure they remain verified and perform at their best
Audit the accounts’ and clients’ performance using tools like the client CRM, CallRail, and custom internal tools and reports
Take action based on your findings to ensure the health and efficiency of the campaigns
Focus on helping our clients get more cases at a fantastic cost of acquisition from LSAs
Assist clients with review generation and intake process optimization
Set up tracking, phone routing, message lead delivery, and message autoresponder systems
Generate monthly performance reports for clients
Engage with our clients regularly. Let them know we care about them and their success, and then act accordingly
Qualification
Required
Real life experience delighting clients with a service oriented, proactive approach
Experience in account management, digital marketing, or paid advertising
Expertise in Google Local Services Ads
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to client success
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Experience with law firms and/or working with lawyers is a plus
