Responsibilities
Review current AD forest, domains, OU structure, security groups, GPOs, and Entra ID configuration
Identify objects and configurations to migrate, rebuild, or decommission
Document findings in an Assessment Report
Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for: Hybrid identity architecture (AD + Entra ID), OU hierarchy, naming conventions, delegation models, GPO framework and security baselines, DNS and ADFS configurations, Conditional Access and MFA policies in Entra ID
Create a Migration Strategy and timeline aligned with business requirements
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
Execute migration of users, groups, computers, and policies
Configure DNS, ADFS, and Entra ID integration (SSO, federation, synchronization)
Implement Conditional Access, MFA, and identity governance in Entra ID
Apply administrative tiering and backup strategies
Conduct functional and performance testing for AD and Entra ID integration
Deliver a Testing and Validation Report
Qualification
Required
