Responsibilities

Working with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and manage customer deliverables

Leading collaboration between customers, operations, supply chain, and engineering to develop an overall project plan that best supports our customer expectations

Identify routine issues that may affect the planned results and make recommendations for resolution

Serving as the primary customer point of contact during post-contract award through to delivery. This includes answering questions and providing updates on delivery, and product questions while building strong working relationships for future business growth

Maintaining customer records and coordinating required documents, submittals, past dues, and delivery schedules
