Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end enablement strategy for PSE, SE, and ME teams, spanning onboarding, ramp, certification, and ongoing skill development across pre-sale, implementation, and migration motions
Design and deliver high-impact trainings, workshops, and certifications focused on technical discovery, solution validation, implementation planning, migration readiness, and executive-level customer facilitation
Lead call reviews, project reviews, and role plays to coach experienced PSEs, SEs, and MEs on risk management, stakeholder alignment, technical storytelling, and customer communication
Codify and maintain technical playbooks, onboarding paths, and migration operating procedures that reflect current product capabilities and real-world field learnings
Plan and execute enablement initiatives from concept through rollout, ensuring strong change management, clear reinforcement, and alignment with GTM and product priorities
Partner with RevOps and GTM leaders to analyze enablement impact using metrics such as time-to-launch, adoption, migration success, and customer satisfaction, and adjust programs accordingly
Act as a trusted partner to Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps to improve handoffs, clarify ownership, and elevate the technical customer experience

Required

5+ years of experience in GTM Enablement supporting technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Implementations, or Migrations, with demonstrated depth in coaching, facilitation, and program ownership
Demonstrated success designing and delivering enablement programs for senior technical audiences
Strong coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to work effectively with experienced ICs and leaders
Proven ability to own complex enablement initiatives end to end, from strategy through execution and measurement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort facilitating discussions across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience using enablement, coaching, and analytics tools such as Gong, LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas), and CRM-related reporting

Preferred

Background in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Implementations, Migrations, or Technical Program Management
Experience in high-growth SaaS environments, ideally supporting distributed or global technical teams
Familiarity with technical discovery, solution validation, integration planning, and migration readiness frameworks
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where it does not yet exist
