Responsibilities
Lead daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives across production, supply chain, and production control
Drive lean manufacturing principles including PDCA, pull systems, standardized work, 5S, and visual management
Foster a culture of employee engagement, empowerment, and problem-solving
Develop associates through coaching, cross-training, and performance management
Ensure smooth coordination across shifts and value streams
Partner with Operations Manager to develop future-state value stream maps and execute improvement plans
Maintain Team Improvement Boards and Tracking Centers to ensure transparency and accountability
Promote quality at the source and encourage teams to stop and fix issues immediately
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in a technical or business discipline
4+ years of related experience in manufacturing or operations leadership
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, MRP systems, and safety regulations
Proven team leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement capabilities
