🎯 Hunt for talent: Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, and creative methods
💬 Engage candidates: Craft compelling outreach, follow up persistently, and secure meetings for senior recruiters
📊 Manage pipelines: Keep candidates organized and moving forward in our ATS/CRM
🔍 Research markets: Build lists and map talent pools across financial services sectors
🤝 Partner with mentors: Work alongside experienced recruiters to refine your sourcing strategy and candidate approach
Qualification
Required
Experience in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, and creative methods
Ability to craft compelling outreach and follow up persistently
Experience in managing candidate pipelines in an ATS/CRM
Skills in researching markets and building lists of talent pools across financial services sectors
Willingness to partner with mentors and work alongside experienced recruiters
