Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with a warm smile and upbeat energy—you're the first impression!

Manage guest flow at the host stand to keep seating smooth and organized

Help set up and tidy up the front-of-house area to keep everything looking great

Deliver amazing service that goes above and beyond Midway and Merlin standards

Work with leadership to support fun, revenue-boosting initiatives and programs

Keep our environment safe and sparkling by following all sanitation and safety guidelines

Know the menu inside and out—your knowledge helps guests make the perfect pick

Collaborate with your team to ensure every guest leaves happier than when they arrived

Stay in-the-know about park information, special events, hours of operation, and more

Promote upsell opportunities to enhance guest experiences and boost revenue

Required

Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality

Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills

Hospitable nature with a desire to give service of the highest possible level

Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces

Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team

Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Ability to stand and walk for prolonged hours and interact with guests and employees in a fast-paced, multitask environment in variable temperatures and weather conditions

Must be able to pass a Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Exam within 30-days of employment
