This client-facing, contract-to-hire role involves supporting data ingestion and dashboard development while collaborating with clients and team members in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Build and support data pipelines within a SaaS platform
Assist with ingestion and transformation of client data files
Support analytics dashboards and foundational reporting
Work directly with clients to answer data questions and validate outputs
Document pipeline logic, mappings and configurations
Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts and architects
Assist with workflow configuration as bandwidth allows
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in data or business analysis
Familiarity with SaaS platforms
Strong SQL skills and Excel proficiency
Experience using BI or analytics visualization tools
Excellent communication skills and comfort working with clients
Detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly
Preferred
Experience working with insurance, claims or risk management data
